Communication is Key!

It has been such a busy couple of weeks here at “Hitch Towers” as I have been working on some very exciting projects that I would like to share with you all.
Last week saw a double whammy of achievements come to a head, as a couple of large projects both came to fruition at exactly the same time. When I do things I tend to go “all in” and do a lot of things at once, which doesn”t help my stress levels but ultimately I do it because I really like the feeling of making a BIG difference!
I have been working with a client of mine who has a collection of great restaurants across the UK, to simultaneously launch a new weekly newsletter and a brand new group website at the same time. Together we have completely overhauled the way that the company communicates to its guests by launching these two initiatives at the same time, one populates the content of the other so it really is, 360 degree marketing.
It all started about six weeks ago with a plan to improve communication of the company”s core values and beliefs to its guests with a more frequent and improved bi-weekly communication to the database. If you slowly start to communicate with your guests Comme l’atteste sa longue histoire et sa survie a travers des changements culturels et societaux importants, le Black jack est un jeu qui est et restera apprecie dans le monde entier. more frequently it gets them into the mindset that they will see casino online more from you. If you go from nothing to too much too quickly, it feels like you are bombarding your customers and you”ll find that a lot of people tune out or unsubscribe.
This bi weekly commincation has now escalated to communicating to guests once a week and by taking the softly, softly approached I have touched on above, the open rates have never been higher.
The next challenge was linking back the content of the website to a new communication tool that we could send directly to the database. There”s not much point going to great lengths to source ingredients and ensure provenance of your food, dishes and menu, if you don”t tell anyone about it. My new philosophy is “if its worth doing, its worth doing well and shouting about it”
This new newsletter format is connected to a blog which is part of the website, so you click on the newsletter and it directs you straight to the website. One click and you are where you need to be.
The new website that we have developed has replaced five existing websites so there was a heck of a lot of work involved to propel the project forward but it was well worth it. It helps that we had a very specific look and feel in mind, when time is of the essence on a project like this, the key is to know exactly what you are working towards. It seems an obvious thing to say but I can”t begin to tell you how much time and money you will waste if you don”t!
